Devialet

An original score for Devialet's End of Year film, staged inside the Opéra Garnier. The piece marries romantic operatic orchestration with modern hi-fi textures, violins and brass dancing with deep, pulsating basses that echo the speakers' own vibrations. The machine's own mechanical and clockwork sounds are turned into rhythm, treated as instruments in their own right, so the brand's engineering prowess drives the piece as much as the melody, building to the reveal of the new speaker as its climax.
